These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods and use of services provided by Carboot Supplier (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, engaging with us, or interacting with our website or social media platforms, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Trade Customers Only
1.1. Our services and products are strictly for trade customers and resale purposes only.
1.2. By purchasing from us or engaging with us on any platform (including social media), you confirm that you are acting in the course of trade or business and not as a consumer.

2. Nature of Goods – Clearance Stock
2.1. All goods supplied are clearance, surplus, job lot, or mixed resale stock.
2.2. Due to the nature of how these items are sourced and supplied:
2.2.1. All items are sold as seen.
2.2.2. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
2.2.3. Packaging may show signs of wear, damage, or handling.
2.2.4. Some items may be faulty or incomplete.
2.3. By purchasing, you accept the clearance nature of the stock.

3. 10% Allowance for Discrepancies
3.1. Due to the bulk and mixed nature of our stock, a tolerance of up to 10% discrepancy is permitted for:
3.1.1. Counting variances
3.1.2. Damaged packaging
3.1.3. Faulty goods
3.1.4. Unsellable items
3.1.5. Human error in picking and packing
3.2. This allowance is accepted as part of the trade nature of the transaction.

4. Delivery & Courier Responsibility
4.1. Deliveries are carried out by third-party vendors including but not limited to:
Parcel Force
Evri
Royal Mail
Yodel
DPD
4.2. Once your order has been allocated a courier and a tracking number has been issued, ownership and responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
4.3. Any loss, delay, damage, or mishap occurring after courier allocation must be resolved directly between you and the courier company.
4.4. We accept no liability for courier-related issues once dispatch has taken place.

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Carboot Supplier, including its company, associates, affiliates, staff, contractors, and any persons directly or indirectly connected to the business, shall not be held responsible in any way, shape, or form for:
Loss of earnings
Business interruption
Mishaps or occurrences
Legal disputes
Data infringement
Customer interactions
Product performance
Regulatory or legal compliance issues
Any direct or indirect losses arising from use or resale of supplied goods
5.2. All risk associated with resale and onward sale rests entirely with the purchaser.

6. No Earnings Guarantees
6.1. Images, estimated resale values, earnings examples, ROI illustrations, or any financial representations are provided for example purposes only.
6.2. We offer no guarantees whatsoever regarding:
Profitability
Sales speed
Earnings
Business success
6.3. Your results depend entirely on your own efforts, strategy, market conditions, and local demand.

7. Legal Compliance
7.1. It is your responsibility to:
Check and comply with all local laws
Ensure regulatory compliance
Verify resale permissions
Understand product category restrictions
7.2. We accept no responsibility for your legal obligations or business compliance.

8. Refunds & Discretion
8.1. As stated, clearance stock is sold on a no-refund basis.
8.1.1. However, any refund issued (if considered at all) is done strictly at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
8.2. No expectation of refund should be assumed.

9. Order Processing Times
9.1. Orders placed from 12:00pm Friday until 11:59pm Sunday will be processed the next working day.
9.1.1. Orders placed on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.
9.2. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
9.3. Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Collections
10.1. Collections are only permitted through appointment only.
10.2. In order to arrange an appointment you must have either:
10.2.1. Placed an order through our:
Website,
One of our associated social media platforms,
An affiliate either directly or indirectly associated with Carboot Supplier
10.3. Collections are available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays)
10.4. Collections outside of the hours stipulated in clause 10.3 may be possible and are on a case-by-case basis.

11. Cancellations
11.1. Due to the nature of our operations, cancellations are not possible once your order has surpassed the allocated cut-off time of 12pm the same working day.
11.2. In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel then a restocking fee of £1 per item will be applied.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website.
